Teaching the English language to mini groups of pre-teens, young and older teenagers and adults with the use of authentic courses and combined approaches (communicative+lexical)

Teaching English to groups of adults using own presentations and handouts to support an online educational platform. Assisting in developing new education products ---vacation courses for younger age groups. Autonomy and intitiative are essential to this position since a lot of communication with students, coaching and following progrress happens remotely.

Further development and enhncement of the skills and knowledge I accumulated in my previous job. Also including: -preparing promotional and advertising materils for the company's website; -planning and managing school events; -assisting in opening a new branch .

Providing training to corporate clients, both groups and individuals, mainly in business English and exams preparation (BULATS, IELTS etc.) Runnig speaking clubs aimed at developing various communication skills (negotiations, discussions, debates, presentations etc).

As a language teacher I have been working with a lot of students, both groups and individuals, vastly varied in terms of age, language background, learning puposes. I have been mostly working within the framework of communicative methodology using other approaches in case requried. I have worked with various teaching materials and aids released by British publishing houses such as Macmillan, Oxford, Pearson and others. I have expereince in teachig Business English, exam preapration courses. My students have passed FCE and IELTS examinations with high grades. I also work with in-company clients (VEKA RUS, Altegro etc). As a DOS my responsibilities are as follows: -observing teachers' lessons, giving feedback on them -giving methodology seminars covering different aspects of English language teaching, developing my own seminars -hiring new teacher, intereviewing candidates -managing and coordinating the work of two branches of the Language school on day-to-day basis -working with students as clients, considering their requrements, complaints. -selecting teaching aids, materials,language courses.
