• Ensure the implementation of gas transportation plan provided by head office; • Ensure the smooth operation of process equipment and gas transportation process; • Manage all the activities of subordinated personnel of the gas compressor department (around 100 people); • Develop the detailed maintenance plan of all equipment such as: gas turbines, vessels, valves, gas heaters, air coolers, pumps and various auxiliary rotation and static equipment according to the internal instructions, manuals, technical regulations, national standards, standards of JSC Gazprom; • Prepare and approve in due course the requests (specifications) for supply of equipment, emergency stock, materials and spare parts for operational needs, production needs, planned maintenance and capital repair; • Manage and control operational activities, including repair and maintenance activities of the mechanical part of the equipment and pipeline, pneumatic and hydraulic tests, leak test, static and rotation equipment inspections, cleaning in accordance with the safety rules, internal instructions, manuals, technical regulations, national standards, standards of JSC Gazprom executed by the Subcontractors and personnel of gas compressor department; • Monitor Contractor’s activities and progress within his area of expertise; • Interfacing with Company Partners, Contractors, Specialist Consultants and Vendors; • Develop and approve instructions, regulations, manuals and procedures associated with the operation, maintenance and repair of the mechanical equipment. Reason for dismissal: Relocation to Moscow region.
